Red tea from the Sayamakaori cultivar, from the Shizuoka region of Japan. This is a late summer harvest, the second harvest of 2025.

Precisely processed leaves, which change color from light brown to dark brown.

The aroma of dry leaves is a combination of fruity and mineral fresh tones.

The infusion is clear, bright, smooth, and amber in color. The taste is medium-bodied, combining fresh fruity components, light minerality, and a slight sweetness.

Příprava 150ml: 6g, 98C, první nálev 60s, druhý nálev 30s, třetí nálev opět 60-70s, případně i déle, pokud nechcete pokračovat slabším čtvrtým nálevem.
